Create an account if needed

Install the calendar app on each device

Sign in to your calendar account on each device
Log in with the same account so events sync across devices.
Sign in on iOS
Open Settings → Passwords & Accounts → Add Account → choose your service and enter credentials.
Sign in on Android
Open Settings → Accounts → Add Account → select your service and sign in.
Sign in on Windows
Open Settings → Accounts → Email & accounts → Add an account → choose your service.
Sign in on macOS
Open System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Account → select your service and sign in.
Sign in on web
Visit the calendar web app and enter your login details.
Enable calendar sync settings
Turn on synchronization so changes made on one device appear everywhere.
Verify sync across devices
Create a test event and confirm it appears on all your devices.

Troubleshoot common sync issues

Check internet connection

Update the calendar app
Visit your device’s app store and install any available updates for the calendar app.
Remove and re‑add the account
Delete the account from the device’s accounts list, then add it back to refresh the sync token.
Clear app cache or data
On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Calendar → Storage → Clear Cache. On iOS, offload and reinstall the app.
