Gather and Prioritize Requirements

Create Roadmap
Identify dependencies between teams and external partners
Create a dependency map and share with program management.
Allocate resources (budget, headcount) for each initiative
Work with finance to confirm capacity and funding.
Coordinate with Engineering
Participate in sprint planning to clarify scope and priorities
Review backlog items and answer questions before commitment.
Attend daily standups to stay updated on progress and blockers
Listen for impediments and help resolve them quickly.
Clarify acceptance criteria and answer developer questions promptly
Provide examples or mockups when needed.
Remove blockers by escalating to appropriate stakeholders
Track blockers in a shared log and follow up until resolved.
Work with Design
Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs quickly
Maintain a changelog and version numbers for each iteration.
Manage Launch & Go-to-Market
Develop a detailed launch plan including timeline and responsibilities
Use a RACI matrix to clarify who does what.
Coordinate with marketing to create messaging and promotional assets
Align on press releases, blog posts, and social media copy.
Prepare training materials for sales and support teams
Create FAQs, demo scripts, and quick reference guides.
Monitor key metrics post-launch to assess early performance
Track adoption, error rates, and customer sentiment in real time.
Analyze Performance & Iterate
Gather user feedback via surveys, interviews, and usage analytics
Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights for a full picture.
Hold a retrospective meeting to discuss what worked and what didn’t
Document action items and assign owners for improvement.
Update the product backlog based on insights and prioritize next steps
Reprioritize items using WSJF or another scoring model.
